Searching for a new CEO to ensure the projects in the pipeline will be completed and to guide the organization to further success.

Since its formation, we hve developed three new construction projects and acquired and rehabilitated 12 multi-family apartments with an approximate value of $110 million which includes approximately 1,000 units of affordable housing. Currently, we have four new construction and /or rehabilitation sites that are either in the preacquisition, predevelopment or construction phase.

It is anticipated that the current pipeline will result in 85 new apartments for families and 275 apartments for older adults, all with a supportive services component. The estimated total development costs associated with the projects in the current pipeline is approximately $150,000,000.
