CFO - Chief Financial Office for Hospital in Saudi Arabia

Major Health Organization in the KSA urgently requires an experienced CFO-Chief Financial Officer

The Health Organization: Prestigious Health Organization, leader in the healthcare sector.

Essential requirements:

1. Must be an experienced CFO with a minimum of 10 years experience as a CFO in a hospital setting;
2. Must have MBA ( Masters of Business Administration);
3. Must be a Certified Management Accountant ( CMA) or a Licensed Certified Public Accountant ( CPA);
4. Active person with strong personality who will be able to work in the Saudi environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement financial policies and procedures;
- Implement and integrate hospital information system with financial management information system to allow for timely periodic closing of accounts, reviews and performance monitoring;
- Manage working capital, including timely collection of receivables, maintaining proper inventory levels, and organizing payables and bank facilities;
- Revise pricing policy and tariffs of medical treatments by implementing proper costing, profitability and discounts;
- Develop an annual business plan, budget, and performance monitoring;
- Optimize revenue by reducing discounts on insurance claims and rejections, and insure capturing of all costs;
- Review and perform cost/benefit analysis on external hospital contracts and suggest alternatives.
