RESPONSIBILITIES: The Chair is responsible for recruiting and leading at least two CEO groups or one CEO group and one Key Executive group. A Chair is also responsible for: * Leading confidential, monthly group meetings, where members assist each other in solving business problems * Coaching, mentoring, and acting as a confidant for each member in monthly, two hour one-to-ones, for the purpose of discovering the most significant issues for their business * Recruiting and conducting selection interviews with prospective members * Ensuring a retention rate of at least 80% of your members in each group and maintaining a group size of 16 members * Identifying the most relevant topics for each group and working with headquarters to schedule expert speakers * Ensuring adequate attendance at monthly meeting which will enhance member satisfaction
